One-year PeerSpectives License Fees

(All licenses are renewable on a one-year basis at the above costs.)

As an operating foundation, our mission is to deliver high value/low cost programs that promote and strengthen entrepreneurial communities. We believe strongly in the power of peer learning for companies and organizations, and in the value of our unique roundtable protocol. Through years of experience, we have developed key tools, now incorporated into a powerful Web site available only to PeerSpectives licensees, that will make the process of starting and running a roundtable far easier than going it on your own.

Your License Fee Covers the Following Services

Facilitator Training — Training for one facilitator (additional facilitators may be trained for an extra cost of $200 per individual).

Training Documents — Trained facilitators will receive all the necessary documents to begin and run their roundtables.

Virtual Facilitator Community — Opportunities for practicing facilitators to share best practices and issues during quarterly conference calls directed by the foundation.

Participant Manuals — A 28-page document containing detailed information about the PeerSpectives protocol and roundtable conduct for each of your table participants.

Marketing Videos — Two professionally produced videos (a 3-minute teaser piece and a 7-minute detailed version) demonstrating portions of a roundtable including descriptions of the protocol steps and their value to bringing out the group genius.

Sample Roundtable Constitution — Provides an opportunity for participants to state what is important to them in their experience and may include pertinent items like attendance policies.

Sample Non-disclosure — A document used to ensure confidentiality.

Running a Demonstration Roundtable — All of the steps needed, including room set-up, equipment needs and a case study, to conduct a demonstration roundtable for potential participants.
